US atomospheric metal band Aphotic's new CD with legendary doom/death band Dusk's last EP never released before! Aphotic plays atmospheric dark metal with excellent guitar works. As for Dusk side, it was recorded in 1997 and the music is in the same vein of "yearning eternity" which was featured on "Visionaries of the Macabre" comp. Heavy guitar riffs combined with excellent doubble bass druming, dark atmospheric parts by clean guitar, majestic chant, and guitar synth. Really dark and heavy doom/death that should be so!
